Marsha Cohen has taught Executive English to senior businessmen from abroad, through the University of San Francisco. She has taught English as a second language to high school youth at Chinatown Youth Center, to International students planning to enter American Universities, and to employees wishing to move up the corporate ladder at Kaiser, Syntex and Cabinet Masters. 

She developed and taught ESL programs at San Francisco Vocational Services and at Hospitality Institute. 

She teaches Business Communications at California State University, Chico. She has taught workshops at Matson & Isom, Butte County Air Quality Management District, City of Chico, The Chico Enterprise Record, Chico Chamber of Commerce, Farmer's Insurance, Century 21, Soroptomist International Retreat and The Girl Scouts among others.

She possesses a teaching degree in English from Penn State University, a California Standard Secondary teaching credential, certification by the Royal Society of Arts/Cambridge in EFL, and her MA in Communication Studies from California State University, Chico.
